Neighborhood House Welcomes New Director of Client Services
Neighborhood House is pleased to announce the hiring of Dawn Ames as the organization’s new Director of Client Services. Ames officially joins the team on May 20.
In her new role, Ames will oversee Neighborhood House client services programs and support efforts to help neighbors throughout the community work toward long term stability and self sustainability.
Dawn brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, customer service, and supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges and transitions.
“We are excited to welcome Dawn to Neighborhood House,” said Michael Dreon, Executive Director of Neighborhood House. “Her combination of leadership experience, compassion, and commitment to serving others will be a tremendous asset to our organization and the neighbors we support every day.”
Since 1968, Neighborhood House has provided support and resources to neighbors experiencing hardship throughout Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, Oakland Township, and Addison Township. Programs and services include food assistance, clothing support, counseling, financial empowerment programs, transportation assistance, and more.
