Community Health Fair - Free Health Screenings for School-Aged Children

Henry Ford Health and Neighborhood House are partnering to provide free health screenings for school-aged children in Rochester Hills, Rochester, Auburn Hills, Oakland, and Leonard Townships. This community health fair is specifically designed for families who qualify for Medicaid or participate in government assistance programs.

NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE CLIENTS: Neighborhood House, in collaboration with Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan, will provide hundreds of students with school supplies, backpacks, and clothing.

DONORS: Help local students start the school year with confidence! Your donation helps provide backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and other vital school supplies to students from families facing financial challenges.

VOLUNTEERS: Be part of our dynamic volunteer team helping local students prepare for the new school year! We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help sort, pack, and distribute school supplies to families in our community. Your time and effort will help ensure students start their school year ready to learn and succeed
