Food Pantry

Neighborhood House operates a full service Food Pantry which provides emergency food for individuals and families who are struggling to feed themselves and their children.

Clothes Closet

The Neighborhood House Clothes Closet provides clothing and household items for free to our neighbors in need, helping them on their path to self-sustainability.

Transportation

Neighborhood House provides our neighbors in need with transportation to and from doctors’ appointments and social services visits.

Financial Grant Opportunities

Neighborhood House provides financial grant opportunities for clients participating in our financial wellness program called Strive to Thrive.

DHHS and Utility program Application support

We have volunteers ready to help clients navigate the DHHS and Utility Program Application Process.

Sustainability support Services

We believe that continued support is the key to our clients’ success. We offer on-going classes, training and support services during the journey to self-sustainability.

Special Programs

Our special programs benefit over 1,000 children each year! Some of our special programs include: Easter Baskets, Blast Off 2 School, Thanksgiving Baskets and Holiday Giving Tree Program.

Counseling

We have a volunteer, licensed counselor who works with individuals to provide short-term emotional support.
