Our staff is dedicated…

Our values of respect, accessible assistance, networking, honesty and inclusivity are the basis of our work. Our staff works with neighbors in need with respect, providing high quality and prompt assistance, building on community resources and collaborating with other human services agencies, conducting ourselves with integrity and transparency and acting with financial prudence to assist those in crisis along the path to self-sustainability.


Our education is vast…

Collectively we hold over 10 Bachelor’s Degrees in communications, psychology, business administration, computer information systems, biology, and physical science.

We have earned multiple Master’s degrees in counseling, community mental health, and nonprofit management.

Our staff has many certifications including career development, mental health first aid, Donor Perfect and Raiser’s Edge donor software, computer programming and statistics.


Our experience is diverse…

We collectively have 18 years of corporate finance management experience, 10 years of experience in budget counseling and career mentoring, 20 years of experience in Social Service Case Management, 12 years of experience using QuickBooks and Donor Perfect data management, many years of experience in payroll administration, inventory control, and computer programing, 15 years of retail management experience, many years of experience in volunteer coordination, communications, and a consistent focus on coordinating resources to serve the homeless and low income populations in Oakland County during their times of crisis while networking with appropriate agencies to prepare clients to achieve self-sustainability.


Our associations and relationships are important to us...

Our staff members are active in Pontiac Area Service Agency Coalition, Oakland County Alliance for Housing, Transition to Success, Michigan Department of Corrections Reentry Steering Committee Oakland County, Leadership Rochester, and more. We have strong relationships with many organizations countywide.


Our hobbies are…

We have staff members of all ages who love to spend time with family, travel, practice gardening, we are involved in the PTA, event planning, playing cards and board games, fostering dogs to find them new homes, singing, reading Harry Potter, going to movies, and baking.
